List what the counselling request form collects (name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email address, area of residence, the service needed, up to three countries of interest, highest qualification, whether an English test has been taken, any study gap, and any previous visa refusal with the country and embassy) and anything collected automatically, such as server logs.

State plainly what is not collected, such as payment details, if that is the case.
